R⁴ will facilitate the designing of aligned lesson plans that support expected student outcomes. R⁴ training will provide instructional staff with the tools necessary to develop meaningful lessons that will engage students and ensure learning. Staff will have the skills and confidence to meet that needs of all students, from the at-risk, to the reluctant, to the gifted.
